Here are some of the information leaflet covers I was commissioned to design for the sayle gallery, I also designed some signage for the outside, which I will post once I've photographed it. I'd also like to point out that I designed the gallery's logo, that was based on one of the late Norman Sayles abstract landscape paintings in 2007
As well as having two images in the awesome Bute space gallery in Cardif, I also have three images in the Sale gallery Christmas show (of which I also designed the poster for) the show will be on alongside David lloyds solo show to mark the grand opening of the gallery at it's larger new premises.
Though the credit crunch has pretty much destroyed most of my freelance work of late, here is a piece that I did for this Saturday's Guardian, I'm pretty pleased with it and it was nice to work with a different format, instead of a square.
For awhile now I've been wanting to have a crack at trying some more digital artwork, so since I currently have no major jobs on and all my gallery work is taken care of, and i so desperatly need a break from the 100 paintings (of which I've done 65 now) I thought i'd give it a crack, so here we are the first f some old drawings I've coloured on photoshop.
Okay, since I have no reached the halfway point of my colossal project of 100 paintings (thats right I've managed 50 in 2 months) I thought I'd give a sneak look at just a few, I have a few hush hush things going on at the moment, involving this project (should be able to update on that net week) as well as secret projects involving zombies, comics and Yee!
